A: We suggest you and your family visit several times and speak to all staff members who will be responsible for care.

Q: Will the facility meet the medical needs of the resident?
A: Speak to your medical provider about the level of care needed now or in the future. This would also ensure a better match if you know the level of care.

Q: What if the referrals are not a perfect match?
A: We can only provide a match based on information given to us from the facility and information you input. Our goal is to provide the best facility that meets your needs based on this information. We recommend that you change zip codes and type of facility in order to receive several provider referrals. You have the ultimate decision to chose the best facility that meets your needs!

Q: What are the different types of Elder Care facilities?

A: Yes, we do refer Companion care workers.

Q: How do I pay for my referrals?
A: You have the convenience of using our shopping cart, and pay with Master card or Visa. If you choose to pay by check email us, see "CONTACT US" and we have a "24 hour" response program. You can also call our toll free number 888 707-5714.               

Q: Are all facilities licensed?
A: No, not all facilities are licensed because they are privately - owned and classes are less than 2 1/2 hrs. Also some programs are approved by the Board of Education. If this information is important, please indicate this information on your personalized profile. For licensing requirements, (See definitions). 

Q: What is adult to child ratio?
A: This defines how many adults are required to be in the classroom or home, depending on the amount of children in care. These guidelines are different in each state.

Q: How do I know if these child care programs meet my individual needs?
A: Our System will attempt to give you the best match based on your input and the facility's profile. You will have the final decision; we recommend you visit the Child Care program at least 2 - 3 times before making a final decision for you and the family.
